三期工程各项目进展顺利,预计年内将交付首两个泊位。
内外交通 日臻完备 在码头操作高峰期到来之际,盐田国际今年以来在疏港交通所作出的努力,部分已陆续到位。同时,盐坝高速、盐排高速、明珠立交和筹划中的港区第二条通道都正按计划进行,待这些基础设施建成,加上平盐铁路,将形成一个以港口为中心、四通八达的疏港交通快速网络。 · 进闸口扩建工程 6月10日完工,新增三条车道,使进闸口总车道增至12条,极大地提高了进闸处理能力。 · 缓冲停车场 7月10日完工,该缓冲停车场位于进港临时通道附近,面积约3万平方米,可提供260个车位,它的建成将增加港区在高峰期处理拖车的能力。 · 盐坝B段通车 盐排开工 2003年7月10日,盐坝高速B段(盐田港至葵涌)正式通车,使深圳东部葵涌和深圳大工业园区等地货物抵港仅需15-30分钟;同日,联结盐田港区与机荷高速公路的盐排高速公路开工,盐排高速全长15.2公里,它将于2005年通车,以配合盐田国际三期工程的投产,届时它将成为直通东莞与惠州的疏港快速通道。 · 明珠立交桥 基础施工基本完成,墩柱完成了85%,桥面施工已全面开始。 · “盐田—常平” 集装箱快运直达服务开通 从7月1日起,平盐铁路新开“盐田—常平” 集装箱快运直达服务,每日往返两地,提供门到门的全程运输,海关手续简便。 东部平台启动 实现空箱电子报检报关 2003年7月15日,东部平台第一阶段项目—“空箱进口自动系统”投入使用,标志着深圳海关、大鹏海关与盐田国际携手开发的“深圳东部平台”正式启动。 海关为了进一步提高通关效率,于5月1日开始在盐田试行“空箱进口自动系统”,该系统的正式运行,不仅有助于海关对空箱进口进行安全、可靠、规范的监管,而且加快了空箱流转的速度。 “深圳东部平台”是要将口岸相关执法单位和码头、船公司、货代、船代、运输公司和报关公司等相关企业的数据联网共享,实现电子报检报关,加速单证流转,缩短货物滞留码头时间。 操作服务 盐田国际近期再推出新举措,加快集装箱和街车在码头内的流转速度,提高码头的处理能力。 · 外堆场 自2003年6月底起,盐田国际对其分置在八个外堆场的空箱,按不同船公司及尺寸进行分类堆放,以提高街车提箱速度。 另,2003年7月28日,平盐铁路堆场改造工程完成了约24,000平方米,并交付盐田国际作为外堆场使用。该改造工程自今年5月初动工,改造后的空箱堆场和操作场地共计面积9万平方米。 · 港讯铃 2003年8月21日,盐田国际外堆场语音提柜系统“港讯铃”开始试运行。拖车司机可在提箱前一小时,拨打热线电话,获取所需提箱地点、台风和闸口情况等信息。这是继2002年11月盐田国际推出的手机短信息服务后,再为拖车司机提供的第二项信息服务。 · 吊机模拟器 2003年8月13日,吊机模拟器到货。该模拟器可仿真操作环境,模拟各种可能出现的操作情景。盐田国际将利用该设备,培训岸吊及龙门吊操作人员,这样既不影响生产操作设备正常运转,又可使练习者具有实战的感觉,并尽快掌握各种操作技能。 地中海航运加盟 全球20大船公司尽聚盐田 2003年6月10日,世界最大船公司之一地中海航运有限公司(地中海航运)首次与盐田国际合作,在盐田开通Orient Express美洲航线。随着地中海航运的加盟,全球最大的20家船公司均已在盐田开辟航线,提供定期班轮航运服务。 根据统计,盐田国际6月份共增加了4条航线,7月份增加了1条航线。 · 6月9日,新世界联盟在盐田增辟美东航线纽约快航(NYX)。 · 6月11日,大联盟新辟“东岸快航2”(ECX2)美洲航线,每两周逢周三挂靠盐田。 · 6月17日,由智利远洋、阿根廷马鲁巴航运、墨西哥航运和美国莱克斯轮船联合营运的泛大快航(TPES)美洲航线首航盐田,新航线每逢星期二挂靠盐田。 · 7月14日,大联盟开通欧洲航线Loop G。新航线每周一挂靠盐田。 简讯 2003年6月19日,盐田国际在社区电脑系统“易行港”新增“集装箱公众查询”功能。港区用户通过登陆“易行港”www.easyport.com.cn后,直接输入预约号码或集装箱号码,即可获得有关集装箱的动态信息。 在2003年6月举行的深圳报关协会第一次会员代表大会上,盐田国际被推举为该协会第一届理事会理事单位。 YICT Log 30 Headlines · Phase III Progress · Sophisticated Port Traffic Network · · Operational Improvements · MSC Joins YICT – All the World’s Top 20 Shipping Lines Now Use Yantian · Highlights Phase III Progress The Phase III Project has been progressing well. The first two berths will be operational by the end of the year. · First Berth to Be Operational in November According to the updated schedule, the first berth will become operational on 1 November 2003, while the second berth and a stacking area of 200,000m2 will enter use within the year. The remaining two berths are due for completion by the end of 2004. It is estimated that the whole project will be completed by the end of 2005. · Civil Engineering Works Dredging of the basin commenced on An area of 280,000 m² of ground-improvement was completed. In addition, an 8,700 m² container yard, and two substations have been built. Foundation works have been carried out for the other buildings, including the marine office, the fire station and warehouses. Electrical equipment has already been ordered and is currently being manufactured. · New Operational Equipment YICT has ordered 10 quay cranes and 27 rubber-tyred gantry cranes (RTGCs) for the Phase III Project. In preparation for the first two berths, a total of 18 RTGCs were unloaded at YICT on 17 July and 7 August respectively. The remaining equipment is scheduled to be delivered within the year. Sophisticated Port Traffic Network To meet the demand of the peak season, YICT has implemented various initiatives to enhance port traffic this year. In addition, · Entry Gatehouse Renovation The expansion project of the gatehouse was completed on 10 June. With the three additional lanes, there are now a total of twelve lanes at the entry gatehouse. This has greatly improved gatehouse handling capacity. · Contingency Parking Area Operational On 10 July, a contingency parking area of 30,000 m2 was constructed with the capacity of 260 trucks. This has increased the terminal’s truck handling capacity during the peak season. · Yanba and Yanpai Highways On · Mingzhu Interchange Following the foundation work, eighty-five per cent of column construction has been completed. Construction of the bridge road surface has now commenced. · Yantian-Changping “Express Container” Rail Service On On On Operational Improvements Recently YICT implemented further initiatives to enhance terminal handling capacity and to expedite container and truck movements within the terminal. · Off-dock depots To improve truck handling efficiency, from the end of June, empty containers in YICT’s eight off-dock depots have been stored according to different shipping lines and container sizes. Commencing construction at the beginning of May 2003, the railway container yard will total 90,000 m2 when complete. This includes 24,000 m2 of Pingyan Railway’s container yard, offered to YICT as another off-dock depot on 28 July. · Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) On · Crane Simulator Arrives A crane simulator, used to train quay crane and RTGC operators, was delivered on MSC Joins YICT – All the World’s Top 20 Shipping Lines Now Use Yantian On There were four new shipping services in June and one in July at YICT. · On 9 June, New World Alliance commenced its New York Express (NYX), a US-East coast service, at YICT. · On 11 June, Grand Alliance began its East Coast Express 2 (ECX2), a · On 17 June, Trans-Pacific Express (TPES), a · On 14 July, Grand Alliance commenced a European service, Loop G, at YICT.
